In-Person Athlete Rehabilitation

Athlete consultations allow assessment of powerlifting or sport technique and injuries. This allows us to properly establish a rehab plan and program modifications to get lifters back to sport, alongside manual therapies which may include: adjustments, muscle release, and acupuncture.

Athlete consultations allow assessment of powerlifting or sport technique. This allows us to properly establish accessory plans and program modifications to get lifters back to excelling at their sport.

Dr. Jaime Goguen

Dr. G is a Canadian powerlifter that focuses her practice on athlete rehabilitation. She has completed NBCE board exams in Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Acupuncture, and is currently licensed as a DC in Florida.

After completing an honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from Queen’s University, she took the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. While in private practice, she also attended McMaster University to complete her certification in Medical Acupuncture.

After graduation, Dr. G performed relief work in the Dominican Republic before she started in two private practices in Ottawa. In 2022, she moved to Jacksonville, FL to take on the role of CEO for the powerlifting company KODIAK BARBELL, and to compete in the USAPL.

Alongside her online business, she opened a new clinic facility in Jacksonville Beach starting January 1, 2026! We look forward to seeing you at our rehab facility in the Outpost Offices on Penman.

J'aime Goguen

J’aime is a Canadian powerlifter that focuses on athlete rehabilitation. She has an honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from Queen’s University, as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. While in private practice, she also attended McMaster University to complete her certification in Medical Acupuncture.
